Staff should keep their computer operating systems updated (instructions for Mac & Windows)
Computers have an expected lifecycle of 5 years; staff can expect to receive a new device at the beginning of the following school year. If there are any issues that crop up before the 5 year mark, please let the Tech Team know so that we can try and resolve things and make certain you have an efficient, working device.
Staff are responsible for the physical condition of their devices. If a device is swapped before its five-year life cycle, all stickers & appliques should be removed before returning it to the Tech Team.
Staff members are financially responsible for replacing lost or stolen devices. Contact the Tech Team to discuss replacement options!
